Project Overview
BotBroker was a secure peer-to-peer marketplace for sneaker automation tools (bots), enabling verified users to buy, sell, and rent bot licenses with automated license transfers, integrated fraud prevention, and real-time support.
The platform processed over $60 million in transaction volume with a 98% success rate, serving 200+ verified bot developers and thousands of resellers across the global sneaker automation market.
Key innovations included API-based license verification, automated escrow infrastructure, and integrated dispute resolution to eliminate fraud and manual overhead common in Discord-based trading.
My Role
As Co-Founder & Product Lead, I defined the product vision, shaped the go-to-market strategy, and led the team through delivery, iteration, and scaling. I partnered closely with engineering to design core features, including the real-time escrow and fraud prevention systems that enabled safe peer-to-peer transactions in a high-risk, high-volume marketplace.
My responsibilities included leading the product roadmap, setting marketplace policies, driving partner integrations, and shaping user flows for dispute resolution and verification. I also led customer support and social media efforts, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints. Additionally, I worked directly with top-tier bot developers to align on API-based license transfers.
