The platform surpassed $1M+ in recurring revenue and maintained 85–90% user retention across 1,500+ active users, demonstrating strong product-market fit in a high-LTV niche.
My Role
As Founder and Product Manager, I defined the product vision, managed engineering, and built a roadmap focused on retention and reliability. I led GTM strategy, managed core infrastructure decisions, and worked closely with early users to validate features that enabled long-term engagement and sustainable MRR growth.
